Return & Refund Policy

• Return Period: You can return items within 2 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, blouses, footwear, sarees with stitched blouses, customized sherwani and other outfit and personalized products.
• Specific Return Terms: Refer to the product page for specific return terms for other items.
• Product Condition: Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
• Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the online description.
• Approval: All returns are subject to approval.

• Return Process for Logged In Customer: Go to the order page and follow the return process to return your product.
• Return Process for Guest Customer: Click on the link and enter your Order number and Email Or Phone number to find your order. return link
• Online Request: You can put the return request online without needing to call or email.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping is free within India.
• Return Charges: A flat fee of INR 199 per product of the order value will be applied as return and restocking charges for orders within India.
• Exchange Charges: No exchange available on any product.

Refund process will be start after the approval form us.

• Return Request: Once you raise the return request, we will arrange pickup for the product.
• Quality Check: The pickup agent will conduct a quality check of the product.
• Refund Initiation: Upon successful pickup, we will initiate your refund.
• Refund Timeline: You will receive your refund within 7 to 10 days.

Any cancellation after order placement, is at the sole discretion of the meridian collections team, and if approved, refunds will be issued as a store credit voucher or a coupon code only, which can be utilized towards any future purchase.
